Over the past 40 years CVB has served as a beacon of achievement and service to the Hampton Roads community. With our prodigiously expansive reach and indelible impact, we at CVB are uncompromisingly committed to championing achievement and remaining the standard by which excellence is gauged. Affectionately known as "The Hurrikane Chapter" of Kappa Alpha Psi, you can always "feel the wrath of the wind" of CVB in the midst of progressive actions throughout the Hampton Roads area.
